Who we are
Yadah Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a training and development company providing quality skills development and mentoring solutions in South Africa. Empowering Small business owners by enhancing entrepreneurial, and management capabilities through skills development, mentoring, and coaching are some of the services that we provide.
Yadah Solutions was established in 2014 and is a Level 1 BBBEE company and is 100% black-owned. The members of the company assist small businesses with general business administration and compliance with relevant legislation.
The economic climate that the country finds itself in has not been demonstrating suitable growth. Weak structural growth and the COVID-19 pandemic have exacerbated socio-economic challenges. South Africa has recovered its pre-pandemic gross domestic product (GDP), but not its employment level. At the end of 2022, there were still close to half a million fewer jobs than at the end of 2019, with women and youth persistently more impacted.
It is our inherent belief that we can empower people to create opportunities for themselves within such an unconducive economic environment and to be determined to change the trajectory of their life for the better. We aspire, through our interventions, to transform lives by renewing minds (compos mentis); hence our slogan: “Empowering Minds, Unlocking Success”.

WHERE IT BEGAN
Yadah Solutions was birthed from a need to better assist individuals to improve their environments and the communities in which they find themselves. As the saying goes; “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”
The founder of the company has a background in tertiary institutions and was a Project Manager for a school’s project within a Social Responsibility Department. He has a passion to assist learners from underprivileged communities with dire needs to enrol at tertiary institutions. He inspires them to succeed and motivates them to improve themselves. Scores of students have been assisted and are settled in their respective qualifications.
Training and equipping entrepreneurs through coaching them to business success has been one of the key driving forces that actually started the company in the first place. Yadah Solutions has since been a source of hope to people who are eager to develop their capabilities and adamant to break the cycle of poverty and mediocrity.
