Yadah Solutions is committed to direct empowerment through 100% Black ownership and complies with Employment Equity requirements while providing training to all staff members based on required skills. We prioritise preferential procurement from BEE companies for various services and invest significant time and resources in SMME development. Additionally, we strategically aim to facilitate Skills Development and identify scarce and critical skills needed in rural communities.
